The physician
Dr. Anardi Agosto, MD
Board-Certified Internist
Dr. Anardi Agosto is a board-certified internist with hospitalist experience. He completed residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
He trained at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine. He is building a smaller practice so there is time, continuity, and medicine practiced with attention — the kind of care that is difficult to offer on a crowded panel.

Membership
A smaller practice, by design.
Agosto Concierge Medicine is a limited-membership internal medicine practice. The panel stays small so visits are unhurried, follow-up is real, and you have a physician who knows your history.
Membership is private-pay. Your insurance can still be used for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialist care that I order. What you pay me is for time, access, and continuity — not for those outside services.
What membership is built around
- Direct communication with your physician
- Hybrid care: phone, video, and in-person visits in the Greater Nashua area
- Longer appointments and thoughtful follow-through
- Same-day or next-day acute visits when clinically appropriate and I am available
- Coordination with specialists, hospitals, and testing
- Clear expectations for after-hours and hospital weeks, written in the membership agreement
Availability is defined honestly. Dr. Agosto also serves as a hospitalist on a 7-on / 7-off schedule, so coverage and response times are set in writing before you join. No vague “always on” promises.
